The Africa West Area Presidency of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints has released the following statement in preparation for the Church’s General Conference this weekend:
President Russell M. Nelson told us six months ago that this conference will be “unforgettable.” It is just days away; you won’t want to miss it, especially the Saturday evening session to be rebroadcast and available as stated below.
Please reach out to other members of the Church, friends and acquaintances who are not members of the Church, and invite them to view or listen to inspired words of faith, hope, and peace in an uncertain time. Each of us is responsible to minister to one other person. We invite you to live the principle of one-take-one and to invite another person over the phone, through social media, or in other appropriate ways to share the General Conference experience with you and millions of others.
Church members, our friends and acquaintances who are not members of the Church are all in need of what will be said and sung at this special General Conference.
